Adrian and Liam’s love blossomed in the Biology lab at the University of Guelph, where ~ after some encouragement from mutual friends, they started dating. And the rest, they say, is history.
After four years in Veterinary College overseas in Scotland, they planned an stunning, intimate waterfront ceremony and reception at the family cottage on Lake Wahwashkesh, North-east of Parry Sound.
I’ve always rather loved a ‘First Look’ where the bride and groom share a few private moments together before the ceremony. Adrian and Liam’s first look, tucked away among the property’s Hemlocks, was nothing short of magic and the perfect start to their ceremony down at the water.
Family and friends observed the ceremony from the beautiful deck and rocks along the water, and everyone (myself included!) had a few good laughs and shed a few tears.
Small in size doesn’t mean it this wedding wasn’t mighty. Let me tell you, the porch dance party goes down as one of the greatest I’ve seen! Adrian says Liam doesn’t have an ounce of rhythm, but I’d have to disagree! There were some pretty legendary dance moves busted out over the course of the evening, and Peter and I loved every second of being there to capture it!
Congratulations to these two lovelies!
